Cheers to 10 Years: A Timeline of 4S Bay Partners

Marking a decade of dedication and impact, 4S Bay Partners proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary. Founded on the principles of community empowerment and sustainable development, the family office has been a catalyst for positive change in local and international communities.

 

2015

4S Bay Partners begins under the name Sarowitz Family LLC. The first office opens in Highland Park, IL.

 

2016

Two additional employees are hired.

 

2017

Supported by Sarowitz Family LLC, CHICAT opens. Jessica Sarowitz joins the Field Museum Board.

 

2018

Sarowitz Family LLC moves into a new office space. Development begins on With This Light.

 

2019

Sarowitz Family LLC officially switches to 4S Bay Partners LLC. The Stocker Street Creative project commences.

 

2020

4S Bay adjusts to work from home during the pandemic. The Philadelphia Housing project commences. 

 

2021

The California office starts. Chatham Education & Workforce Center celebrates its grand opening.

 

2022

With These Light premieres at the Austin Film Festival. The Native North American Hall opens at The Field Museum.

 

2023

With This Light becomes available on streaming. 4S Bay begins its support of the Gabriel Fellowship for the Archdiocese of Chicago.  

 

2024

The new 4S Bay website launches. An additional office opens for 4S Bay and the Julian Grace Foundation.

 

2025

Stocker Steet creative receives approval from the Design Committee. With the support of 4S Bay, the St. Vincent de Paul Brotherhood celebrates their 400th anniversary in Paris.

 

This timeline illustrates the journey, achievements, and future aspirations of 4S Bay Partners, highlighting its innovative approach to community betterment and its legacy of social responsibility. We want to thank our team members, partners and community for 10 years of heartfelt collaboration. Here’s to many more years!
