In 2024, Firefly achieved an industry record for rapid launch readiness, sending a payload to orbit with just 24 hours’ notice. That speed and affordability are central to its mission of providing reliable access to space at lower cost. The 4S Bay Partners Investment Committee approved investment into Firefly’s Series D round in late 2024. Firefly Aerospace, based in Cedar Park, Texas, is solving these challenges. The company offers rockets of different sizes.
