This trio of buildings includes two apartment blocks and The Warehouse, a unique development that revitalizes underutilized urban spaces. The apartment blocks, soon to complete their transformation, are being converted into commercial rentals aimed at mixed-income tenants. This 43-unit initiative seeks to modernize existing residential areas and provide improved housing options that cater to diverse income levels, thus contributing to a more inclusive and vibrant community.

The Warehouse is a notable aspect of this project, undertaken in partnership with LaSalle University. This collaboration aims to transform the warehouse into a versatile community hub. The renovations will equip The Warehouse with the necessary infrastructure to host classes, local events, and more, offering a new venue for educational and social activities.
