Jessica Sarowitz is the Managing Partner of 4S Bay Partners LLC, a family office management company that oversees several private businesses, real estate, and investments in diverse industries such as domestic and international payroll, UK payroll, film-making, and commercial & residential real estate holdings. Jessica Sarowitz is also the co-founder and Managing Family Director of the Julian Grace Foundation, her family’s charitable foundation, which funds various philanthropic ventures through an entrepreneurial and social impact lens.

Jessica is passionate about correcting the source of a problem in authentic partnership with communities in need; as well as providing people access to transformative opportunities and experiences. She is uniquely focused on adding and advancing BIPOC leadership in private and philanthropic ventures. These ventures have included orphanages and clinics in Central America, innovative education programs for foster kids, state-of-the-art urban centers for arts and technology education, vocational workforce training centers and programs, environmental justice causes, the preservation of indigenous cultures, and various other educational and social justice programs.

 

The founder of Miraflores Films, Jessica is the executive producer of WITH THIS LIGHT and one of the executive producers of the Emmy-Nominated FREEDOM ON FIRE. She created Miraflores Films to bring awareness to the stories of marginalized groups and amplify inspiring voices through documentary film. A graduate of DePaul University, with a degree in economics, Jessica also serves on several boards including The Field Museum, Sierra Club Foundation, and Heart of the City.

Steve Sarowitz is Founder and Chairman of Paylocity (Nasdaq: PCTY), Director of Payescape, a UK payroll provider, and Co-Chairman of Wayfarer Studios. He is an international philanthropist with an interest in promoting unity by promoting education and advocating for the elimination of racism, sexism, nationalism and religious prejudice. Steve served as Executive Producer for the award-winning documentaries Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise and The Gate: Dawn of the Bahai Faith as well as Clouds, a popular drama that can be found on Disney+. Steve is married with 2 children and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois. He is an avid runner who has been inducted into the Chicago Area Runners Association Hall of Fame.
